3G Mobile Technology made the Possibility of the wireless Video phones and High speed access a real thing. This Was Launched in Japan in October 2001. And this 3G wireless Net work can transfer data at a speed of 384Kbps. Normally the are between 64 - 384 Kb ps. when comparing old 14.4Kb this is a great achievement. So 3G is called high speed or Broadband mobile internet access. The researchers say they can make it to 2Mbps. With this 3G technology the Phones are just becoming Multimedia Players. Because you can Download Music and video Clips very fast.
